1934 Alvis Firebird special.
I bought this car with no body but had the original small engine but not complete.
Gear box rear axle and diff.
All four wheels have been re spoke sand blasted black powder coated and new blockley tyres.
The chassis had to have some repairs cleaned up and painted black .
I bought a silver crest engine and moved the engine frame back and the gear box .
For a faster ride .
It has a new Alluminum radiator and new Alluminum petrol tank .
New dials and new seat that tilt forward.
The panel behind the seat is held on by 2 dzus Fastners to allow for a large amount of luggage space .
Everything is there to make an enjoyable Alvis special.
The engine gear box rear axle diff and other parts will have to be taken apart and overhaul to make it work .
The starter motor is missing and will need to be bought .
There is the original triangle brass vin plate identity.
Chassis number . But no reg number.
I have been told from the dvla that this can be sorted out through the alvis owners club or it can have an age related number.
