A 1966 VW Split Screen Samba, 21 Window.
A left hand drive example built in Germany.
A ready to show van in exceptional condition.
Fitted with an uprated engine with a manual gearbox.
As you can hopefully see from the many pictures and videos on the top of our website advert, this VW is stunning.
Finished in Red and Crew, the paintwork and bodywork are outstanding.
It has been subject to a full over hall in the last few years, and remains in immaculate condition.
Not only was the bodywork gone through, the interior was also refurbished. Currently set up as a day van, it has the option of changing from a sleeper to a ‘mini bus’ due to having both the 2 original rows of bench seats & the fold out bed seat that is currently fitted. The renowned interior guy Richard Booth made it so the units could easily be taken out / swapped from sleeper to mini bus.
As part of the over hall, a new, reconditioned and uprated engine was fitted etc.
As you can see, this beautiful van is ready to enjoy, always starts on the button, 1 key operated all locks, it drives absolutely lovely.
