Sometimes this model in the E24 6 Series line-up can be confused with the standard 635. This is the much rarer, Motorsport version, with the full Motorsport engine from the factory, the same as fitted to the E28 M5 etc. The M635 is the ‘M’ version, known as the M635i in UK and M6 in other parts of the world.
This is one of the very last made, complete with the very rare and desirable ‘Highline’ specification, along with Shadowline trim.
It features extended leather, even the dash and head lining are finished in the highest quality leather.
These are a very rare car, only 524 RHD drive cars were produced and very few came in Highline spec …
This is a June 1989 example, that’s covered 100, 000 Miles.
A low owner car, always correctly maintained and stored, it comes from an amazing classic car collection, a customer I have dealt with for years and only has the best examples in his collection.
With only 3 former keepers, the current owner has enjoyed this car for 12 years, the previous owner for 21 years.
