House company in 2007 to celebrate 150 years of being in Business, they went to the small boutique company of Bimota, based in Rimini, Italy, and requested they make a special bike for them to celebrate and show in their shops… I first saw a photo on the internet of this bike in Harrods, London, some 12 years ago… it took me 5 years to find it… and another 3 years to convince the italian owner to sell it to me…. she was showed in Harrods, then a shop in Paris, France, then in Milan, Italy… before returning to the factory and being snapped up by a famed Italian collector of the marque…… I showed her once at the Manchester bike show.. I’ve never even sat on the bike… the battery has never been fitted, indeed the acid is still in the plastic bottles… comes with rear paddock stand and bimota bike cover and tool kit, 2 keys, UK registration document, Private plate DB0R BOR and the EuroCoC (certificate of corporation) so she can more easily be registered throughout Europe and beyond…. 1, 000cc Ducati Multistrada/ hypermotard air cooled desmo engine, Brembo brakes and calipers and masters, italian calf leather seat, Ohlins front and rear suspension…. Theres only One… this is the One…. great for display or recommission and ride…. I swapped out the grey cambelt covers for Bimota carbon fibre units and opended up the clutch with a bimota CF slash cut cover and gold pressure plate… all original parts obviously stored away…. Bike comes complete with a plethora of Borsalino Related items, black and silver Italian Borsalino Watch with Swiss Movement and many many more items , many from the original display when the bike was first shown in Harrods in the Borsalino Fashion section of the store,
She was originally first registered for the road in Italy to assist in transportation across borders, and once I purchased her, she was then registered in the UK … currently on a private plate
